Welcome to All About Staging ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://www.stagingok.com (the "Website") and our home staging services, including consultations, vacant home staging, occupied staging, and related services provided in the Oklahoma City Metro area. By accessing the Website, scheduling services, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference, which explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Services
We provide professional home staging services to help prepare properties for sale or other purposes.
Services may include:
Initial consultations.
Furniture and decor rental or placement.
Staging for vacant or occupied homes.

All services are subject to availability and may be customized based on your needs. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
We charge monthly rental fees for inventory after the initial staging. Every rental fee is custom and quoted on the invoice. Clients are responsible for any damages to our inventory during the staging period.

2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be booked via our Website, calendar links, phone, or email.
You must provide accurate information, including name, email, and phone number.
A deposit may be required, depending on the job to secure your booking.
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance; we may accommodate at our discretion but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Payments
Pricing is provided during the consultation or booking process and may vary based on the scope of services.
All payments are due as specified in your quote or invoice.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Late fees of 10% of the invoice total apply to invoices not paid within 5 days of the due date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text) at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds after staging is completed.
There is a $150 fee if we arrive and the home is not ready to be staged. There is a $150 fee if pickup is not scheduled 7 days in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness); in such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

5. Communications
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and communicate with you, including via SMS and email. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 405-696-7559. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@stagingok.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.  If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We are not responsible for damage to your property unless caused by our negligence. You are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring the property is accessible and safe for our team.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission. We may take photos of staged properties, which we may use for marketing, our website, or promotions after obtaining client consent. We retain ownership of these photos but grant you a limited license for personal use (e.g., in property listings).

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
