Schedule a personalized, in-home staging consultation for up to two hours with Teresa Smith, our Founder and lead designer. While you will be executing the plan yourself, our experienced designer can help. We'll start will a phone call to understand your project and goals, then schedule your in-home consultation.
During our consultation, we will go room-by-room and develop detailed game plan. 


We will also provide:

  • Recommended furniture placement
  • Lighting suggestions
  • Accessory suggestions
  • Help you highlight those great features and minimize those not so great ones...
  • A detailed room-by-room report with photos
  • Option to come "Tweak" those last minute details the day of photos*
  • Option to meet your photographer*

Just remember, this can be overwhelming, but concentrate on the main areas of the home first. This gives you the biggest impact.  If you need help, we do offer several services to help expedite the process.*

Our process begins with an in-home tour to assess your space and understand your goals. During this meeting, we’ll walk each room with you, discussing layout, lighting, accessories, and any key fixes to prepare your home for top-tier visuals.

After the tour, we’ll provide a detailed quote and schedule your photo prep work. To ensure the best results, we recommend starting work at least six hours before your photo shoot, or ideally the day before. This gives us time to stage key areas—beginning with main living spaces and working outward based on your timeline.


You don’t lift a finger—we work efficiently, making your home look camera-ready and inviting, so it captures buyer attention and drives traffic.
